If you were not satisfied with the items ordered, you may receive a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase (shipment date) on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. No refunds will be issued for final sale merchandise.
You can ship back your return to the following location. To do so, include your packing slip, or print out your electronic receipt (available in “My Order” in your account) or print out your email confirmation. You may also print the following
return slip.
Please indicate the items you are returning and the reason for the return.
Jacadi does not pay for or provide prepaid shipping labels. Please ship your return via your prefered method ( insurance recommended), don’t forget to include your packaging slip.
Upon reception of your return, Jacadi will proceed to the refund, using the prices stated on your purchase (discount taken into account) and minus any shipping cost. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed. The return will also be notified in your Jacadi account under “My Orders & Returns. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
